Every Child Matters Children's Act 2004

The five desirable outcomes for children from the Act are:

1. Being healthy by promoting healthy choices
2. Staying safe by providing safe homes and stability
3. Enjoying and achieving by supporting learning
4. Making a positive contribution in your community by promoting positive behaviour
5. Achieving economic well being by being economically active

Everything we do at HTC concerning the children in our care bears this in mind.
